We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

If you do not have a credit card, you can send payments directly to KAYA's bank account via Wiretransfer, also called Tele-Transfer in some countries. For further details, feel free to contact us at KayaSupportTeam@kaya-optics.com.

Shipping Information

Shipping Method	EMS(Track orders at www.usps.com)
Delivery Time	3 to 5 business days. You can expect to receive your order at your front door 3 to 5 days after you place an order.
Packing	All products are shipped in discreet packaging with a reference to contents as "optical lens". So you won't need to worry about any problems such as import prohibition.
Customs and Import Duties	We ship all products filling out the price field on the invoice as "USD 10". So our customers won't have to pay additional customs and import duties in most countries.
Port of Shipment	The products will be shipped from the KAYA's Head Quarters in Tokyo, Japan. However, if there is any problem with the shipment, the products may be shipped out from an international distributor nearby. Your credit card will also be processed by the that distributor. In any of these cases, the products will be the same as the ones at KAYA Head Quarters.
