Shipping Methods & Delivery Time	Free Registered Mail - Track shipments at www.track-trace.com/post - Delivered within 10-25 days after shipment - United States/Great Britain/Australia/Canada: 10-15 working days - France/Germany/Most of Europe: 12-18 working days - Brazil/Spain/South America: 18-25 working days FedEx - Track shipments at www.fedex.com - Delivered within 3-5 days after shipment Freight Collect - Freight Collect means that you, the customer, have your own shipping account with UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL or another freight company. When choosing this option, you must type your account number.
Processing Time	All orders will be shipped within 2-3 days after receiving the payment.
Packing	All products are shipped in discreet packaging with a reference to contents as "Video Camera" or "Camera Filter". So you won't need to worry about any problems such as import prohibition.
Port of Shipment	The products will be shipped from the KAYA's Head Quarters in Tokyo Japan. However, if there is any problem with the stock, the products may be shipped out from an international distributor nearby. In any of these cases, the products will be the same as the ones at KAYA Head Quarters.
Non-delivered Countries	None. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
