Industrial CCD cameras can also be good "see-through" devices.
Particularly
monochrome (black and white) CCD cameras which have very high NIR sensitivity.
This is because, generally, monochrome cameras don't need any ICF in-between optical
lens and the CCD to correct the colour tones.
Conversely, all color CCD cameras have an ICF in-between
the optical lens and the CCD. Thus, colour CCD cameras can be regarded to be the same as normal camcorders in NIR
sensitivity and any other features with the exception that the ICF inserted in
some color CCD cameras is often different from one inserted in normal camcorders
as mentioned in Digital Camera section. If you are going to modify your
